FAQ’s:
I’m purchasing this on behalf of a non-profit organization, can you honor our sales tax-exemption? Yes. We ask all tax-exempted entities to answer “yes,” at checkout, to the question related to tax-exemptions and email your tax exempt certificate to info@jarabedc.com. All use and sales tax will be refunded once we have confirmed your tax-exemption.
We would like to have paletas at our event, but it’s an outdoor event. We will not have access to a freezer and we are afraid the paletas will melt? The “Paleta Box” and “Fiesta Cart” can keep the paletas frozen for at least 3 hours, as long as it’s not touching any hot surfaces and lid kept close, most of the time. For events longer than 3 hours, we recommend purchasing dry ice. We don’t recommend having our “Gift Box” exposed for more than 30 minutes.
How much dry ice should I purchase for a 10 hour event? We recommend 5 lbs. of dry ice for a 10 hour event, 10 lbs. of dry ice for a 20 hour event, and so on.
